Abundant Communities Together (ACT) creates unconventional partnerships to transform communities.  ACT pursues this mission through its expertise in consulting, visioning and (the soon to be launched) Institute for Faith-Based Land Use.

Consulting
If you lead a congregation, serve as a denominational official, or direct a nonprofit, your core mission involves helping or serving people.  Sometimes, pursuing your mission requires you to take on initiatives that stretch you beyond your capacity.  Most faith leaders and nonprofit executives do not have the expertise to construct a new building, create affordable housing, or attracting businesses with good paying jobs to your neighborhood. This is where ACT can help you.

When you begin to think about housing and/or community development, ACT consultants can guide you through the entire development process.  We are effective at helping congregations, nonprofits and their leaders organize the thought process preceding a decision to build.   Once that decision is made, we help you move from concept, to pre-development, selecting your design team, identifying financing, to construction.

For denominational officials, we help with assessment, analysis, planning and decision-making for properties at risk, in transition, or in need of development in a neighborhood, community, city, state or region.  For clergy and member congregations under your care we provide tools, training and/or consulting to help with land use decisions.

Visioning
When your team works cooperatively with a common agenda, goals and objectives, success is almost certain.  The challenge is getting everyone on the same page.  With our proven vision discernment tool, FaithVisionPlan™, ACT will help your team, congregation, organization, or community develop a shared vision.  At the end of the visioning process, you will have a vision plan that outlines specific, actionable goals and objectives and a 0-36 month implementation strategy.
